SERVICES

BioFiltro provides engineering, designs, and assistant project management while the client assumes the responsibility for construction. Once the infrastructure is completed, BioFiltro moves in to complete the final system inspection, inoculates the system with worms and microbes, and is onsite during the first few days to ensure proper system start up.

When BioFiltro is contracted to build the system, we not only manage all the services outlined in Design, but also manages the cost and responsibility for the construction of the system as well as sourcing all the equipment and material. In this turnkey model, the customer can focus on their core business.

Once a system is operational, BioFiltro offers its clients the ability to contract our technicians for either spot and/or ongoing maintenance tasks. Services can include regularly scheduled onsite visits, equipment calibration, remote monitoring, and worm castings harvest. Thanks to our telemetry system, all of our systems can be monitored and tracked over the cloud.

For any of our products, customers can engage in a WaaS agreement where BioFiltro provides a completely turnkey solution, a full maintenance package, and performance guarantee for the life of the contract. Rather than incurring upfront capital investment, customers pay a monthly fee which do not generate any liability on your balance sheet. This is a great option for facilities who pay high energy costs and/or discharge fees for their wastewater operation.
