BioFiltro Partnership with Jordanelle Capital

BioFiltro is thrilled to share that we have received a $35 million strategic investment from Jordanelle Capital, a Utah-based private equity firm.
This partnership marks a major milestone in our journey. With Jordanelle’s support,
BioFiltro will accelerate its growth across the dairy industry while expanding its
impact across food processors, municipalities, and a broad range of industrial
sectors seeking sustainable, cost-effective wastewater solutions.

“This partnership allows us to build on our strong foundation within the dairy sector and
bring our proven vermifiltration wastewater treatment technology to even more
producers,” said Steve Rowe, Executive Chairman of BioFiltro. “I’ve seen firsthand
the difference BioFiltro can make for dairy operations, and I’m excited about the growth
ahead as we continue to make sustainability both practical and profitable.”

To our amazing team, partners, farmers, dairy producers, processors, and municipal
leaders who’ve championed innovation alongside us: thank you. Your trust and
collaboration inspires us every day.

Together, we’re proving that sustainability and profitability can thrive hand in hand.

WEFTEC 2025 in Chicago

Earlier this fall, our BioFiltro team joined thousands of water professionals at WEFTEC 2025 in Chicago. The event was a valuable opportunity to share our latest results, learn from industry leaders, and continue spreading the word about how worms can transform wastewater treatment. At our booth, we had strong engagement around how our BIDA® systems consistently produce high-quality effluent with low energy use and minimal operational complexity. Many visitors were especially intrigued by how our worms and microbiome work together to remove solids, break down organics, and support the circular water economy by turning waste streams into vermicompost. We also spotlighted our growing impact in domestic wastewater, where BioFiltro now serves rural communities, rest stops, and remote facilities across the globe. Overall, WEFTEC was both a learning experience and an opportunity to connect with partners who share our vision for nature-based, decentralized solutions.
